February 2009
- Excavation has been completed on the landside terminal building basement and tug tunnel. Concrete reinforcement and placement is underway.
- Initial phases of the airside aircraft movement area have been completed to allow for traffic to move around the site; this will allow for construction of the airside concourse.
- Improvements to the Interim International Arrivals Building are nearing completion and will open for operation February 19, 2009.
October 2008
- Airside Concourse Construction on schedule to begin February 2009
- Taxiway W completed
- Hotel demolition complete
- New traffic signal installed to facilitate truck traffic
- Parking lot pavement demolished in preparation for Central Terminal B basement construction
